Lost or Stolen Packages

RXLA is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages. Once your item has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking info. Allow 1 day for tracking info to update (please see courier websites for delay information)We offer shipping insurance through Route for potential shipping issues. Route shipping insurance will cover lost, stolen or damaged packages. If you choose not to use Route shipping insurance, RXLA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss, or damage of these items.

Route shipping claims must be made after 5 days of the delivery date, but no later than 15 days of that date. 

P. O. Boxes

RXLA does ship to P.O. Boxes. These packages will be sent through USPS. When shipping with USPS there is not a signature option for P.O.Boxes and the customer assumes the liability of shipping without one.

 

USPS/ UPS:

All of our orders over $75 travel FREE with priority USPS or UPS ground shipping!  All orders over 1LB are shipped with $100 of insurance to cover damaged goods.  Insurance does not cover lost or stolen packages, so be sure to add Route insurance, and ship to a secure location if this is a concern. Please view the courier websites for delivery exclusion days.  Standard USPS and UPS ground shipping generally takes 3-5 business days to deliver once the package has been shipped, however, they are experiencing COVID-19 delays at this time.

 

Processing Time: 

We are just as excited as you for you to get your package!  Orders placed by 10:30AM PST will generally ship the same or next business day.  Since our products are handmade there are sometimes exceptions based on inventory.  We strive to get all packages out within three business days.
