Returns

Refunds or package issues must be requested within 7 business days of the package delivery. We love our products and we're confident you will too!  If you aren’t happy with your purchase, please email us at info@rxcandles, and we’ll help get the process started. If you're experiencing an issue with any product, please include photos and a detailed description in your email, so we can determine how to best resolve the problem.

As a sister owned and operated small business, we aren’t currently able to cover return shipping costs, but you can always exchange for free in person at any of our pop ups.

Returns and exchanges with be assessed. Shipping costs are non-refundable. RXLA the brand pays partial-full shipping costs on orders. If a return or exchange is requested it will be minus the entirety of the full shipping cost. For example: customers pay up to $5.99 for shipping, but RXLA will pay the remainder. If the package shipping is $10.99 and the customer pays $5.99 for shipping, the full $10.99 will be deducted.

Store Credit

We do offer store credit so that you can make an exchange online.  Store credit does not include the cost of shipping.

Eligibility 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  5ML Pure Fragrance Oil bottles have a safety seal which must still be in tact.  Unauthorized returns of used or otherwise unacceptable products will be returned to the sender for a $20 shipping fee.

Exchanges or returns must be made within 30 days of delivery, and require proof of purchase (e.g. your order number, order confirmation email, or store receipt). Refunds cover the cost of the item returned and do not include shipping fees. 

For sanitary reasons Rollerball perfumes and hand sanitizers are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Refund Time Frame

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, or original method of payment.

To return your product, please be sure to have first contacted us to avoid any fees. Mail your product to: 324 S Palm Ave Unit C Alhambra California US 91803.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 


Using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance is highly recommended.  We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
